Christine Smith-Davis, BA, MS, LSW, Licensed Social Worker in the State of Indiana.
For over 25 years, I have served as the founder and CEO of Davis & Associates Consulting Services, Inc., a private practice Case Management agency serving hundreds of older adults, veterans, individuals with developmental disabilities and persons diagnosed with other disabling conditions.
I hold a Master’s of Science degree in Rehabilitation Administration and Services from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
My education also includes Pre-doctoral coursework at Indiana University Purdue University (IUPUI) in the School of Social Work with a primary focus on Geriatrics.
